• Zinc Picolinate provides a highly absorbable form of zinc, a mineral that is necessary for the activation of many important enzymes. Without copper for short term use or in situations where copper is not desirable.

One capsule per day, or as directed. This product should not be taken for more than one month without supervision because it contains no balancing copper.
