Suggested Use Pamela's Simplebite Sandwich Cookies Cookie Filling: 1/2 cup butter or margarine, 1/2 cup shortening, 2 cups powdered sugar, 2 tsp water. Mix together. Place dollops of icing between two cookies and press together.
