TheraPro's Wobble Board

A great 17" diameter balance board that is versatile! Change the height from 1-1/2" to 3-1/2" to quickly change degree of difficulty. Large enough to sit on or use in kneeling. Easy to stand on when at the 1-1/2" height, but can be quite challenging to stand on at 3-1/2", so use that height for sitting. A great way to practice balancing. Add throwing activities and balance skills are more challenged. Instruction sheet included. Maximum Weight Limit: 200 pounds
